nbaazi Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

It is required to fully read and understand these terms and conditions before using the nbaazi website and all services under it. These terms form a binding legal agreement between the nbaazi platform ("we", "our", "nbaazi") and the user ("you", "member").

These terms apply to all services, including casino games, slots, sports betting, live casino, and any other gaming services available on the nbaazi platform. By accessing or registering on the platform, you agree to abide by these terms.

nbaazi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify members of any significant changes as far as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration

Creating a valid account is mandatory to play games on the nbaazi platform. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account.
• The name, address, and other information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• The mobile number or email added to your account must be active and belong to you.

2.2 Identity Verification

nbaazi may at any time request a valid identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving license) or other documents to confirm the identity of the account holder. nbaazi reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Providing False Information

If a member opens an account using false or misleading information, nbaazi may at any time close the account and forfeit all balances held within it.

03 Age Verification

Participation on the nbaazi platform is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

nbaazi may request a copy of a national ID card or other government-issued identity document for age verification. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer methods can be used to deposit funds into your nbaazi account. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• The deposit must be made from your own registered payment account.
• Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• The deposited amount will be added directly to the gaming wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally reach the relevant account within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Processing time for withdrawal requests is calculated according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• In the case of unusual activity, withdrawals may be temporarily held for security purposes.
• nbaazi does not charge any withdrawal fee, however charges from the payment service provider may apply.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

nbaazi is vigilant in preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. nbaazi reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions and may provide information to the relevant authorities if necessary.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

nbaazi offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, wagering of 10 times the total bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per member, household, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit for use, which will be noted alongside each offer.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.
• nbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

Regularly active members may participate in the VIP program. The program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on active gaming activity and engagement with the platform.

06 Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the nbaazi platform. Each game has specific rules which can be found within that game's interface.

6.1 Game Operation

• All games are operated fairly and fair play is ensured.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• If there is any doubt about a game result, the game log record will be considered as final evidence.
• The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) also apply.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions on bet amounts may apply when using bonus balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football, and other sports. Bets can be placed before a match starts or live. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of bets in that situation will follow the specific sports betting rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaazi platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus fraud.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through artificial means or by using software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to nbaazi's systems or hacking.
• Depositing using third-party funds.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other members.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. To do so, they must contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. If there is a sufficient balance before account closure, an opportunity to withdraw will be provided (subject to wagering requirements).

8.2 Account Suspension by nbaazi

nbaazi may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of terms and conditions.
• Evidence of participation in fraudulent activities.
• Discrepancies with account information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the member's request (responsible gaming self-exclusion).

8.3 Consequences of Account Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited. The return of original deposited funds will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

10 Limitation of Liability

nbaazi holds no liability in the following matters:
